Book Fair Thank Yous
Thank you to everyone who visited our fall Scholastic Book Fair last week. We are so excited for all the new books in our student’s homes! Also, thanks again to everyone who attended Pastries with Parents on Tuesday, it was a fun morning!
WME’s Book Fair wouldn’t happen without the help of many volunteers who sign up to work at the fair all week. Thank you so much, we appreciate your willingness to help and hope you had fun!

Chipotle Restaurant Night and Gift Cards
Please join us for the rescheduled date of TOMORROW, November 13th for our Chipotle Restaurant Night at the Lone Tree location from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Chipotle will donate 33% of your order back to WME PTO when you show them the flyer below when placing your order or tell them you are with WME! Online orders DO NOT count, you must order in-store.
PTO is still selling $25 Chipotle gift cards we purchased through our Scrip program. 13% of your gift card purchase will come back to WME! You may buy your gift card(s) in the office with cash, check or credit. You can also email Robin Williams to place an order or with any questions.

Catholic Charities Food Drive
The Community Outreach Student Leadership Team is now collecting non-perishable food items for Catholic Charities. Catholic Charities of Castle Rock helps to provide meals to over 100 local families each month. There are collection boxes in each classroom and the class with the most donations will win our WME Pride Award! Thank you for helping!
Collection Dates: November 12th – November 20th
Food Requested: (They will accept any and all non-perishable foods, but these are what is needed currently)
Kindergarten – Snacks
1st Grade – Pancake Mix
2nd Grade – Cereal and Oatmeal
3rd Grade – Peanut Butter, Jelly and Canned Soup
4th Grade – Mac ‘n Cheese and Canned Tuna/Chicken
5th Grade – Pasta and Pasta Sauce
Wildcat Holiday Craft & Vendor Bazaar
You are invited to our annual Wildcat Holiday Craft & Vendor Bazaar on Saturday, December 7th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm! We have many NEW vendors this year and your favorites from the past! Tell your friends and family and be sure to make time to stop in that day to get some unique gifts or something new for yourself! Admission is free and Just A Buck Truck will be there serving up delicious breakfast and lunch items! Click here for a list of the vendors we have so far.
If you are interested in selling at the bazaar, there is still time to reserve your booth! Please use the link below for more information and to register.
We are also now looking for some volunteers to help work the bazaar. These are quite easy jobs like door greeters/counters and booth support. If you could spare an hour on Saturday, December 7th to help out, we would greatly appreciate it! This is also a great opportunity for high schoolers to get easy volunteer hours! Scrip Cards and Teacher Favorites Lists
With the holidays fast approaching, PTO would like you to consider using our Scrip Program for your gift card purchases. Each teacher and staff member at WME have filled out their Favorite Things and included are their favorite Scrip gift cards to receive! You can find these on our Staff Favorites Lists Page on our website.
If you aren’t familiar with Scrip, please visit the Scrip Gift Card Program Page on our website to learn how to help WME PTO earn a percentage of your gift card purchase! We will start selling Scrip gift cards after school in December and will also have them at the Bazaar on December 7th! If you are a registered Scrip user, please take advantage of Thanks-Scrip-ing Day on November 21st for bonus rebates!
Mother Son Event
Save the date for our upcoming Mother Son Event on Friday, January, 31st, 2020! The event will be at Main Event in Highlands Ranch. Details and registration will be out soon!
Under the Sea Father Daughter Dance Planning Volunteers
Save the date of Friday, February 21st for our Under the Sea Father Daughter Dance! All the little ladies of Wildcat Mountain are invited to bring a special date (Dad, Mom, Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, etc.) to enjoy a night of magic.

Used Book Drive
We are still collecting used books through this week, so you still have time to clean yours out! There are collection bins outside the library. We will be donating to the kids in need at Crawford Elementary next week. Thank you!
Apple Award Nominations
Each year, the Douglas County Educational Foundation takes nominations from each school in the district for their Apple Award. Please take a moment before December 1st to nominate an outstanding WME teacher or staff member to be considered for this award. It’s easy and our teachers and staff really appreciate the recognition! Thank you!
WME would like to help you celebrate special moments with your child by offering a personalized slide on our WME outdoor marquee. For one day, a message to your child will be posted for all to see! This unique celebration is $20. If you have any questions, please contact Whitney
King Soopers Fundraising Program
King Soopers has made big changes to their King Soopers Fundraising Program. Now if your King Soopers Rewards Card is linked to WME, every time you use it, we will earn reward points!
You may register your Rewards Card by going to www.kingsoopers.com and either creating or logging into your account. Once there, click on Community Rewards in My Account and search for Wildcat Mountain, then click Enroll.
From now on, you do not need to load your King Soopers gift card anymore, just use your registered rewards card. And tell grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. to register theirs as well! Thanks for participating!Amazon Smile
