WME Holiday Bazaar SAVE THE DATE! Your holiday shopping (or selling) starts here at Wildcat Mountain on Saturday, December 2nd! Browse beautiful handmade crafts and must-have products from home-based businesses in our school and community. Do you or someone you know have crafts or products to sell? Thursday Book Fair Hours

Tomorrow, Thursday, November 16th the Book Fair will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, then will reopen at 6:45 pm when the school doors open for the 3rd Grade Musical. It will stay open until 8:30 pm. Thanks for understanding and sorry for the late notice, but come on by and see us. We have restocked on some things that were previously out!

Wild West Book Fair is This Week Our Annual Scholastic Book Fair is this week, November 13th – 17th. This event brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits. Book Fair Dates and Times: MONDAY, Nov. 13th – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm TUESDAY, Nov. 14th – 8:00 am* to 5:00 pm WEDNESDAY, Nov. 15th – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm THURSDAY, Nov. 16th – 8:30 am to 8:30 pm FRIDAY, Nov. 17th – 8:30 am to 1:00 pm * Tuesday, November 14th we will have our Pastries with Parents event from 8:00 – 9:00 am. Come with your child(ren) and grab a donut, some coffee and shop the book fair! Tuesday will also be Western Dress Up Day, so wear your flannel, cowgirl/cowboy hats, boots and bandannas to school! *Thursday, November 16th we will be open late during the 3rd grade musical so you can shop and see the amazing show! Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits. WME’s Wild West Scholastic Book Fair is riding into town once again next week, November 13th – 17th. To make the Book Fair a success, we are still needing to fill some volunteer slots during the week to help with cashiering, organizing books, answering questions, etc. It is a really easy and fun job! We are also needing a couple more people to help us set up this Friday from 1:30 – 4:00 pm. If interested and able to help, please use the Sign Up Genius link below to sign up for an open slot. PTO Newsletter 10/30

Halloween Celebration Reminder WME will be celebrating Halloween tomorrow with the annual Halloween parade starting at 9:15 am. All classes will participate. Students can wear their costumes to school in the morning. The school has asked that students not wear gory or scary costumes, and NO weapons are allowed. Parents are invited and welcome to come watch the parade in the front of the school or the gym. Please keep the hallways and pods clear for students. This is a fun WME tradition! Halloween class parties will start after the parade and parents are welcome to come and have fun and help! Students will change out of their costumes after the parties so please send them with a change of clothes. We look forward to seeing our wonderful WME families at the school celebration!
