Enchanted Forest Book Fair  Our Annual Scholastic Book Fair is next week, November 12th – 16th! This event brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits. Here is the book fair schedule for the week: MONDAY, Nov. 12th: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm TUESDAY, Nov. 14th: 7:45 am – 7:30 pm* *Bring your student to meet author Mark Ludy for a book reading/signing at 6:30 pm. Book pre-order form WEDNESDAY, Nov. 15th: 7:30 am** – 4:30 pm **Join your child and enjoy coffee and donuts at our Pastries with Parents event from 7:30 – 8:20 am  THURSDAY, Nov. 16th: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm FRIDAY, Nov. 17th: 7:45 am – 1:30 pm We are still needing more volunteers to help with cashiering, organizing of books, answering questions, etc. Our volunteers each year are the reason we are able to have such a great book fair for the kids and it’s easy and fun! Halloween Celebration Reminder  WME will be celebrating Halloween on Wednesday with the annual Halloween parade starting at 8:45 am. All classes will participate. Students should wear their costumes to school in the morning. The school has asked that students not wear gory costumes and NO weapons are allowed. Parents are invited and welcome to come watch the parade in the front of the school or in the gym. Please keep the hallways and pods clear for students. This is a fun WME tradition! Halloween class parties will start after the parade and parents are welcome to come, have fun and help! Students will change out of their costumes after the parties so please send them with a change of clothes. We look forward to seeing our wonderful WME families at the school celebration! WME Holiday Craft and Vendor Bazaar Crafters Needed

Wildcat Holiday Craft and Vendor Bazaar The Wildcat Holiday Bazaar is returning this year on Saturday, December 1st from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm! Scholastic Enchanted Forest Book Fair Volunteers Needed

Our Scholastic Enchanted Forest Book Fair is coming up from Monday, November 12th to Friday, November 16th and we are in need of volunteers! Time slots are 2-3 hours long and volunteers help cashier, organize books and answer any questions. No experience is necessary, it’s a fun and easy volunteer job! Box Tops Calling all Box Tops! Please send in your Box Tops labeled with your student and teacher’s name by THIS Friday, October 26th. The classroom with the most Box Tops sent in will win a classroom donut party and the student who sends in the most Box Tops will receive a special prize! Box Tops are one of the few fundraisers that don’t require you to spend any extra money. Just check your pantry, clip the Box Tops and send them in! Thank you! Skate City Night Skate City Night is THIS Wednesday, October 17th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Littleton location! It is $5.00 to skate, $2.50 for skate rental and each skater will receive a free $5 game card with entrance fee for their new arcade games. If we reach 115 skaters, the teacher with the most skaters attending will receive $100 for their classroom! We hope to see you there! Fun Run Awards

We want to again say THANK YOU to our amazing Wildcat Mountain community and sponsors for supporting our Fun Run this year! We once again crushed our goal with $53,550.41 raised in donations!!! That is an incredible number! We will be able to provide the school all the items we promised and more! We had a fun, quick assembly today after the helicopter took off to wrap up the Fun Run where we announced all the individual and class winners: DONATION AWARDS: Principal for the Day: Jackson P. Where the Wildcats Run  Thank you to our amazing and generous WME community! We have reached our fundraising goal of $40,000! The exact amount raised will be revealed at the Awards Assembly this Wednesday, October 3rd at 2:30 pm. All students and teachers will attend and parents are welcome to come as well. At this assembly, we will announce all the awards for individual and class prizes. We will still take donations if you have envelopes to turn in or you may still donate online. Every dollar counts! Since we reached our goal, we will be having a school-wide celebration day this Thursday, October 4th! PTO volunteers and Kona Ice will be hosting this for all students. Each student that collected $100 and $200 in donations will receive their prize(s) after fall break! Thank You! We wanted to send a huge thank you to our Fun Run Coordinators – Whitney Nallathamby, Jory Hastings and Dana Schmahl.
