Back to the 80’s Family Party Night Come to our radical family party night on Saturday, March 4th from 6-8:30 PM! The party will be held at Rock Canyon High School. It is a totally 80’s theme night filled with dancing, games, inflatable fun, photo booths and more! We will also have an AWESOME silent auction to raise money for Wildcat Mountain. There will be LOTS of fun for everyone in the family! Desserts and snacks will be served. Registration forms will be sent home on February 3rd as well as online registration. Early registration deadline is February 16 and all early registrations will receive up to 4 tickets to win the Mystery Box Prize! All registration is due by March 1st. Cost is $10 per person with a $40 max for families. Price will increase at the door. Dress-up in 80’s style is highly encouraged!! So get working on your 80’s style now! Save the Date for our Spring Event  Save the date on Saturday, March 4th from 6:00-8:30 PM for our fantastic family spring event! The party theme will be revealed soon but we will have a school-wide event held at Rock Canyon on this evening and it will be full of family fun for all! We will also have a wonderful silent auction as our last fundraiser of the school year. We hope to see all our amazing Wildcat families at this event. Watch for more information in the coming weeks! Please consider making a cash donation or purchasing one or more $5 gift cards to a business of your choice. Cash donations will be used to purchase $5 gift cards. Gift cards and donations can be placed in the ‘Hospitality House’ located in the front office starting Monday, November 28th and ending Thursday, December 15th. The gift cards will be equally divided between staff members. PLEASE NOTE – This is entirely optional and is NOT a fundraiser. If you are able and willing to donate a gift, you can either sign up using the links below OR take a mitten off our Giving Tree in the lobby of our school.  We’ve designated 2-3 families per grade level. Red Ribbon Week The Healthy You Student Leadership Team is leading the school for Red Ribbon Week next week, October 24-28. This campaign encourages students to stay drug-free and lead a healthy life. The Healthy You team would like students to participate in these two dress-up days: Monday – wear RED! Fun Run Wrap Up We had an amazing Fun Run on Friday! All students worked so hard and had a great time on the field running and walking laps with their friends and teachers. We are so proud of the Wildcat students! Total Laps Run: 12,468 Total Miles Run: 2,493 Average Laps per Student: 22.6 Average Miles per Student: 4.5 All teachers recorded each students total laps from their bibs and turned numbers into the coordinators. Your child’s bib should have come home in their backpack on Friday but if you are uncertain of their total laps, please contact us and we will let you know what that final number was. Thank You! Thank you to all the parent volunteers who helped throughout the day on Friday to keep the Fun Run moving! We really couldn’t have done it without parents cheering, marking bibs, filling water and handing out otter pops and leis. And thank you to the parents who spent hours taking endless photos of the kids running laps! We have an amazing community of families and we are so grateful to have such great support!
